FAQs

How does it work on the day?
I arrive a little early, say hello, and then work in the background. It’s usually me; if needed I bring a small team or send along a trusted associate to cover the event.

How many photos will we get?
Typically 250+ edited images, with a highlight selection delivered within 24 hours.

When do we get them?
A small highlights set next day. The full gallery within a few working days.

How are they delivered?
Online gallery with easy downloads for web and print. No watermarks.

Do you travel?
Yes. I’m Manchester-based and cover the UK. I’ve travelled as far Hong Kong, Thailand and Korea for events in the past. Travel is included around Greater Manchester; further afield is charged at £0.45 per mile.

Can you bring another photographer?
Yes. When the brief needs it, I bring trusted colleagues to cover more ground.

Are you insured?
Fully insured for public liability and equipment. Risk assessments are provided upon request.

What can we use the photos for?
You get usage for your own and your company’s marketing (web, socials, press). I keep the copyright. Third-party use (e.g. sponsors) — just ask and I’ll sort a simple licence.

How do we book?
Send the date, venue, and rough timings via the contact form. I’ll confirm availability and a simple quote.

What’s your cancellation/reschedule approach?
I’ve worked in events for a long time and understand things can change last minute. If plans do change, tell me as early as you can. I’ll move with you where possible.

Do you handle privacy requests?
Yes. If anyone doesn’t want to be photographed, I work around it. I’m used to guest lists, opt-outs and NDAs.

Do you offer video too?
I can bring a videographer when needed. Just ask for a combined quote.
